...and I'm alone at my aunts house doing homework it couldn't be any worse.

today is my moms' birthday, i think she's 45...not exact on that though...I made her a card and bought her a marilyn manroe fleece blanket that came in a nice tin and put it in a cute bag and shipped it off to her proirity mail. She's been having a rough time...she has liver cancer and has to get a historectimy(sp) soon, so that's really poopy. I miss her and feel really bad for her. I wish i lived closer to her.
She isn't expecting anything from me, so I really had to get her something I thought she might like.

Nov. 3rd will be 11 months with timmy...he's gonna take me out to a fancy dinner and to the movies
Our relationghip has been great

school has been going ok, my mid-term grades are all B+'s and 1 A. (Somehow i got 124 on a test worth 120 in cultural semiotics, I'm not even going to try and define what the class is about, but I took my time and magically got everything right plus a little...weird)

i'm taking typography II, hence the new deviations of the grid
my techer is a really old guy who is not very good at teaching, he always leaves like an hour before class is over and half the time we don't even have any work because he forgets to make up an assignment sheet

in time based media we just finshed our first 10 second video (all type done in after effects) and it is due tonight. I made a cd cover which i will submit once i get the link of my video on youtube for people to check out if they want
(our teacher made a youtube account so our whole class can put up our video's just for the heck of it)

cultural semiotics is crazy confusing now
the midterm's next week

history and the ages of faith is somewhat interesting but her quiz's are pretty hard cause we have to memorize like 30 pieces of artwork
(most of which was created before the 15 century and isn't very "pretty")
she only has use take 3 quiz's a semester (the 2nd one is next week) and we have a 4 pg paper due Nov. 19th

survey of western lit involves a lot of reading, 1 pg write ups, small quiz's and 3 papers, 2 are 5 pgs long (i got a b on the first on) and the 3rd has to be 10 pages!!!

next semester i'm going to have to take 6 classes instead of 5 I can still fit it into 4 days a week, but it'll be harder. I may have to do a few 6 class semesters to catch up from being undiclared first semester and to stay at the right level.

still workin at the mcd's, sat and sun 9hrs a day
i barely make enough to cover what i spend in two weeks and i really hate that place
